That was the best part. (Tense moment; with little feeling) ―It‘s true, Alyson. No one in the- ― Want
me to curtsy?

BENNY
Ya wanna do this or not?

KELLY

BENNY
(Phone) What. (Listens) I know. Thursday. Three o'clock. (Listens) Got it. My best behavior. Promise.
Speakin‘ of promises, when- (Listens, moment) ABC? (Listens) TV? (Listens) No, no, no. This is a
feature film musical—big--old style— (Listens) So my whole life comes down to a TV movie of the
week. The best you could do? (Listens) A ―bird in hand‖? You‘re givin‘ me the bird, all right. (Listens)
