Regarding the cognitive concept of “cavitation” has a very extensive information
database of information covering at least the period of a century in chronological
perspective. Home takes the appearance of a screw ships steam-powered. Although
cavitation is then considered harmful phenomenon, corrosive screws, but it still attracts
the attention of the designers and engineers. The solution also engaged in designer and
creators of submarines, hydro power plants, aircraft designers and then jet engines and
aircraft. More later builders and creators of other rockets thrust of aircraft, say a military
purpose. Every manifestation of this concept is becoming more sophisticated, i.e., the
researchers put forward all the new problems and be difficult to overcome.
On each hierarchical step it takes place selforganization and all steps are synergied
(the relay effect) i.e. they are intrinsically synchronized and coordinated (according to
the strength of principle of the submission).
Cavitation in the air is much easier than in the steam-air environment, and it takes
place in an aqueous medium even more difficult, since the water is quasi-solid a
substance, so the formation of bubbles similar to the appearance of cracks in metals.
In aviation more aware of such phenomena: triboluminescence - effect Kopp-
Etchells, St. Elmo's fire, the effect of the Prandtl-Gloert, Coand effect. In our opinion,
and these effects do not last, and the primary role - for the EC (cavitation effect) and
VCPh (vortex cavitation phenomenon). Although the first two effects is still necessary
to prove, to experiment, but for the last two effects is that the EC plays a pivotal role -
almost obvious.
Such immersion in the principle IPHM concept of “cavitation” has shown that it
may well be included in the scientific category. And, as this principle is formulated in
the philosophy of involving synergistic mesosсopicity principle, it can also be stated,
and that the term “cavitation” is both philosophical and synergistic categories.
Methodical approach to solution of different problematic tasks of practice in other

words, instrumentality of the motivation of informational essence of the processes and
phenomena from different branches of the cognition, founded on IPHM-synthesis and/or
on IPHM-genesis is named by us as IPHM-method, shorter - h-method [36]. In shaping
this method except the above named principles there is also attracted the principle of
self-improvement of harmony and principle of self-movement of information.

2.3 Cavitation - not known a natural phenomenon

Background: In the EC more negative manifestations in the natural environment:
- Firstly, it is extremely destructive manifestations of tornadoes and waterspouts,
mainly required to the EC, as it was due to the EC scattering in different directions at
high speed parts of destroyed buildings acquired over penetrating, in particular chips
wooden structures penetrate the bricks and metals without charred;
- Secondly, the manifestation of volcanic eruptions, and all sorts of natural inside
the Earth, other planets and the stars will certainly accompanied by the EC, so that the
transmutation of elements occur in inanimate nature;
