a method for calculating the ECC and measuring the parameters necessary for this. As the results of the study,
                  in many cases the ECC value is not determined, but only the efficiency of the high voltage is evaluated.
                        Therefore, the obtained values of the ECC of the subject of VHG can be interpreted in different ways, but
                  the fact that the experimental results obtained are reliable is beyond doubt. However, as can be seen from table
                  6, the value of the ECC parameters of the test VHG differ depending on the volume of coolant in the system and
                  ranges from 1.0 to 1.7, despite of the fact that this prototype VHG is only a demonstration layout. Such a
                  previously obtained scatter of the values of ECC of VHG requires additional experiments and explanations,
                  which are planned for the next stages of the study.
                        A general analysis of the ECC values of vortex heat generators presented by various authors leads to the
                  following conclusions:
                      - The value of the ECC of the same type of engine of the same manufacturer with a change in size varies
                  randomly with the general trend of increase with increasing power of the electric motor;
                      - The value of the ECC for the same type of power of the same power from different manufacturers varies
                  widely.
                        For a comparative analysis, we give below the characteristics of some industrially produced VHG from
                  different manufacturers with a prototype VHG (Table 4).
