Conclusions.  We  also  give,  the  negative  and  positive  conclusions  of  some  specialists  regarding  the
                  possibility of using vortex heat generators for completeness of information content as follows:
                      - The concept of ECC is the main indicator of the efficiency of the VHG, unlike the efficiency factor, can
                  be more than 100 % when converting electric energy into heat, while the indicator of efficiency in this design
                  of the VHG is determined by the technical documentation of the centrifugal pump exceed 100 % and is mainly
                  90-96 % [12];
                      - The main advantages of military equipment are: compactness, simplicity of the device, environmental
                  friendliness,  energy  efficiency,  explosion  and  fire  safety,  the  ability  to  work  in  automatic  mode  and  on
                  unprepared and aggressive liquids, as well as the absence of deposits and scale on the inner walls of the heating
                  system [7];
                      - The unit of thermal power of the VHG on the market is 3-4 times cheaper than the nearest analogue - an
                  electric boiler, because of the effect of vortex cavitation, which is a source of additional energy, therefore, vortex
                  heat generators should be used in the housing sector for heating, especially considering night (reduced) tariff,
                  when the work of VHG is most in demand [7];
                      - In comparison with electric boilers, advantage is higher specific mass of the VHG, cavitation destruction
                  of some elements of the cavitator, increased vibration and noise;
                      - In addition to heating and hot water systems, there are other promising areas of application of VHG, in
                  particular for pasteurization of perishable products for long storage; for purification and disinfection of water in
                  stagnant water basins and during emergencies, as well as for the desalination of sea and ocean waters [2]-[3].
                         However, it should be noted that the research carried out within the framework of this research topic is
                  of practical importance, precisely because the developed VHGs are intended to increase their energy efficiency,
                  using renewable sources - solar and wind power plants, i.e. when the VHGs will function as part of a combined
                  system: the VHGs themselves are alternative sources and plus renewable energy sources for power [11], [13]-
                  [20].
                        Thus, the CF of the effects of EC and EVC is the force that is missing for the formation of lightning in
                  nature. Therefore, the lightning plasma is formed from cavitions of types ci1-ci2, with a rare concentration of
                  types ci3-ci4, while the CMM-ball lightning, on the contrary, is formed mainly from cavitions of types ci3-ci4!
                  EC, EVC as artificial processes are widely used in practice [1]-[3].
