               21. When we understand more about what people need to feel comfortable and why
they behave in certain ways, we can start to be more deliberate in how we manage
relationships with those people and how we can influence both their behaviour and
                     performance.

               22. A wide variety of personality tests and methodologies are available for determining
both your work profile and personality and for explaining the traits of the different
profiles of the people you work with. Most well known is the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator. Its sixteen personality profiles are based on the work of Isabel Briggs
Myers and her mother, Katharine Briggs, who developed their theory of personality
type using psychologist Carl Jung's text Psychological Types:

                     • The teacher
                     • The visionary

               23. Further categorisation has reduced the number to four basic personality profiles
that inevitably are generalised, simplified descriptions of behaviours and attributes
