commencing a new practice and payment of the contribution before the
commencement date of a new practice?
• Have you obtained from Essar Insurance Services Limited a certified true
copy of the Certificate of Insurance and their receipt for payment of the
contribution required by the Solicitors' (Professional Indemnity) Rules?
10. ACCOUNTING
Have you decided on the firm's accounting period for the purpose of rule 8 of
Chapter 2 - Accountant's Report Rules?
