Isolated From The World
Keidi Rojas, Middle College High School
The people stayed home isolated from the world.
They read books, listened to music, made art, and played
games,
And they learned new ways to occupy themselves,
They took the news seriously.
Some meditated, some prayed, some danced.
To relieve themself from the news.
And therefore the people began to think differently.
And, within the absence of people living in an isolating
world.
It was time for people all over the world to stand up.
And fight COVID-19 that stands in our way.
And when the danger passed,
The earth began to heal.
And the people joined together again.
They grieved their losses, and made new choices on how
to stay healthy,
And created new ways to live and heal the earth fully,
As they had been healed.
The people finally ran freely.
