TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

PREFACE

The Automated Multi Level Car Parking System considered by E STAR Engineers Pvt. Limited is
to facilitated to accommodate maximum no. of cars in the limited space available.
This entire system is fully automated, and is operated and controlled by a Programmable Logic
Control System (PLC) of Reputed make, and the entire program is developed by E STAR
Engineers private Limited. This program is designed to suit the various system of Parking like
Tower Parking, SS (Shuttle Stacker) Tower Parking, Puzzle Parking Etc. with estimated shortest
retrieval time of 180 seconds.

The system is designed for the easy operation by any technical person with utmost
care taken in quality, Safety of Vehicles and as well as human.
The System considered is fully automatic and operated by Human Machine Interface System
(HMI).

Utmost care has considered in the System for avoiding Dent, Scratches or any kind of Damages to
the vehicles.

SCOPE OF WORK

E STAR ‘S SCOPE:

1. Design, Manufacture, Erection and Commissioning of Car Parking
system of 102 Cars (G+6 Levels) SS Parking – Front –Back Parking.
2. Preparation of GA Drawings for client Approval
3. Preparation of Drawings for CMDA Approval
CLIENT’S SCOPE:
1. Getting Approval from CMDA
2. Civil Foundations and Cladding
3. Firefighting system for MLCP
4. Electrical Lighting & Routing for MLCP
5. To Provide 3 Phase Power supply for MLCP
6. To Provide additional Generator Power Backup for MLCP
7. To Provide UPS for System Backup
