29 Electrical

29.1 Motors  3 Phase, 415 VAC, 50 HZ, with suitable
gear box as per ratio of required speed
reduction and ac brake. All motors will
confirm is 325 as per dimensions is 1231
and is 2223 for mounting as per IP 65
protection.
 7.5 KW 2 NOS. FOR EACH Lift of Make
SEW – Geared Motors with AC Brake is
used for this Project.
 All other Motors of MGM Make with 1.5
KW Geared with AC Brake suitable for the
operation of 3 Phase, 415 VAC, 50 HZ.

29.2 Switch Gears & Electrical  All MPCB, MCBs, Push buttons, power and
Protection auxiliary contactors, power distribution,
power transformer, indicating lamps,
selector switches etc. are considered as
per standard.
 ALL Switch gears are Siemens Make is
used for this Project.

29.3 Power and Control Cables As per system requirement of reputed make.
Flexible Lapp Cables (German Make) are used
for this Project.

29.4 Earthling Protection Considered

29.5 Speed controls for Lifts  By providing suitable capacity of VFDS as
and Pickup Trolleys per system requirement.
 For Elevators. FUJI make 22 KW VFDs
and for other application Siemens Make
VFDs are used for this Project.

30 Automation

30.1 System suitability Siemens Make PLC is used for this Project. The
automation system will be suitable for acquiring
data / information from various systems / sub
systems and process them to execute the
functions required whenever necessary
