National Conference on AUSC Technology (AUSC 2019)

A two day ‘National Conference on AUSC Technology’ was
organized by Corp. R&D, BHEL at ITC Kakatiya, Begumpet,
Hyderabad on 30th and 31st Oct, 2019 to consolidate the
knowledge and know how developed so far and also the work
being carried out elsewhere in the world. The conference was
inaugurated by Dr Nalin Shinghal, CMD (BHEL). Shri Kamalesh
Das, Director (Engg, R&D) and Shri Manoj Kumar Varma,
Director (Power) also graced the occasion along with other
consortium partners.

Shri R.K. Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) visits ASSCP, Gurgram
Shri R.K. Singh, Minister of State (Independent
Charge), MNRE, Shri Anand Kumar, Secretary,
MNRE, Shri Upendra Tripathy, DG ISA, Shri Arun
Tripathi , DG NISE, visited BHEL, ASSCP on
17th October 2019 (F/N), for identifying the land
for International Solar Alliance (ISA) project.
Honorable Minister was shown 5 acres of land
at ASSCP which was earmarked for ISA project
by MNRE officials. Shri R. K. Singh interacted
with Dr B.K.Pant, SDGM, ASSCP who briefed him
about the status of PERC project. He showed
keen interest in BHEL, ASSCP R&D efforts and
the progress made by ASSCP keeping in mind
the global competitiveness and the various
challenges ahead. Shri Anand Kumar, Secretary,
MNRE visited the Production hall wherein he
discussed in minute detail about the work done
by BHEL, ASSCP and the innovations being
carried out.
