Importance of Communication
Words & Strokes
Simple definition of communication: the act or process of using words, sounds, signs, or behaviours to express or exchange information or to express your ideas, thoughts, feelings, etc.,to someone else. A message that is given to someone: a letter, telephone call, etc. This would be the definition of communication for most people if in terms of the internet. If we ask anyone of this aeon what is communication in one word, their answer would be ‘TECHNOLOGY’. Is technology the word that portrays what communication is? In my opinion the word ‘CONVERSATION‘ sums up what communication actually is in this world.
Communication is not only technology, for even if technology is a part of communication; tech- gadgets were not the first contraption done by the visionary intellects of the creation of God. For every person he or she has a background similarly even communication, technology has a history to share, like once a famous personality said, “History is a continuous chain of events. The present is only an extension of the past”
Some forms of atavistic communication are: writing, pigeon post, hieroglyphics etc., these expedients succoured the people of ancient times to liaise with people in the contemporary times. These expedients gave a premise for the people in the future to pioneer something new; it gave them, the people of the future a premise for the development of humanity. The people of ancient times comprehended the importance of communicating, with a conventional communication system.
Communication is not only tech gadgets, writing, hieroglyphics etc. it is also the normal conversations that take place between any two mortals. We have always heard the importance of communication as; succour to convey sentiments, abstractions, notions etc.; but have you ever heard communication as a resolution of war, a modus to restore the innocence and beauty of God’s creations.
War is a powerful word that creates fear in the innocent eyes of God’s children, creates misery, destroys dreams, corrupts the minds of dreamers,
creates barriers to break, creates the importance of COMMUNICATION.
Have you ever thought what could be the reason for this word to be in existence? The answer will be no, for we all are very busy with our own lives; too much work load; too much homework; too much stress, might be the excuse for adults but have you thought about the children who have to experience the stress regarded to war and who wish, dream for homework it might seem useless to think about such things for according to our theories there is ‘nothing‘ that we can do but always remember thoughts later amends to words which amends to actions. Many a times the cause of war is misunderstood communications, no communication of notions between the two countries, states, parties etc. If the two litigant communicate their notions and problems to each other there is at least a probability of 1% that the problem will be resolved but if there is no communication between them there will be no probability of the problem being resolved, meaning there will be no hope for the people there, resulting destroyed dreams, people losing
Have we wondered how many things in life go unnoticed? What if one day your parents didn’t wake you up when you are late to school and or the bus didn’t arrive on time on the day of an exam, you didn’t have food packed in your lunch box or you didn’t have families and friends to talk to when you are upset or friends to celebrate your birthdays with? We all forget about the people, things and reasons which are little things but add up to our huge achievements. Like the old proverb, ‘When one
their faith in God i.e. He has a
plan for them, he will help them.
Like once a famous personality
said “We shall never be able to
remove suspicion and fear as potential causes of war until communication is permitted to flow, free and open, across international boundaries.”
We all have relations, meaning father, mother, sister, brother, cousins etc. There is a relation we all forget to mention that is the relation we have with nature, our surroundings; this relative can be given the nickname ‘long forgotten relation’ for our ancestors were the first to forget about them, like that the future generations also forgot them. We forgot to communicate with them all these years as a result we started hurting them, murdering them. They always communicate to us, by showing what will happen once they are destroyed by sending their relatives natural disasters. But we do not reply no matter how many times they try to communicate with us, so now we know one of the main reasons why communication is important in our lives.

loses his eyesight is only when he realizes its importance. We never discern the significance of the little things in life.
I would say learning to appreciate the little things in life will bring us the greatest fulfillment. They are more important than you think.

How Important is a Little Thing?
Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were big things. With all of us living in an extremely competitive world, there is no doubt we all yearn for the best of things in life to be bestowed on us. Every day we wake up to make sure we bring out our best live the day to the fullest. Surprisingly most of us are not even satisfied with what we accomplish which leads us to forget these little things in life. Eventually this results in dashing our hopes or believing that we are not lucky or capable. But
do we actually realize how lucky we are?
As stated in the poem ‘ I Wish I Could Live With Animals’ by Walt Whitman ; ‘Not one is dissatisfied , not one is demented with the mania of owning things’ , in the line above the poet is talking about the blithe life animals lead and how they are satisfied with all they have. It further explains that they are not deranged into the mania of owning things and being possessive. And therefore I wish to live like animals do.
