unbearably tight level that feels like your skull's going to
implode. Then imagine they leave it like that for 2 days
solid. That’s rather like how this migraine feels.

The BAD news is I've added high blood pressure to my
collection of medical problems!
The GOOD news is, I've been allocated a Support worker
to come & visit me at home and help me cope a bit
better!

HELP PLEASE; does anyone else experience this? - I
keep getting an electrical sensation right inside the centre
of my head. Usually when I'm falling asleep or doing
meditation or visualisation. I hear a huge CRACK like
electric coming from inside my head accompanied by an
'electrical' popping sort of sensation. Sometimes it’s so
loud and tangible it wakes me from sleep.

"If we cud sniff or swallow something that would, for 5 or
6 hrs. each day abolish our solitude as individuals, atone
with our fellows in a glowing exaltation of affection &
make life, not only worth living but divinely beautiful &
significant. & if on this heavenly World transforming
drug we'd wake up next morning with a clear head &
undamaged constitution.......
