I need to try & learn to stop relentlessly driving myself
forward. I don't know where I think I'm heading but
whenever I get there I'm going to be exhausted.
Since I've managed to force myself to go out for a walk
almost every day I've managed to gain so much weight I
can't do my jeans up any more. Yah. Hard work does pay
off in the end

I was home sick in bed when I watched the 9/11 attack
unfold before my eyes around this time 11 years ago. 11
years on and surviving victims are still fighting for
answers from the government.

My apartment smells like a branch of LUSH & I'm just
about to have my bath and wondering whether to use
Chocolate Body Soufflé, Baby Powder Soap or Lavender

Is afraid of the impending gloom of autumn and winter
and the light at the end of the Seasonal tunnel seems a
million miles away.

Walking through Birmingham on Saturday I saw signs
saying NO Smoking, NO Eating, NO Drinking,
NO Sitting here, NO Skate Boarding, No Bikes, NO….
I know we have to maintain a decent environment for
everyone but I can't help feeling we're in a totalitarian
