then ringing me in a month to check I'm still alive! . .

FACEPAINTING AT ODD FEST: I will be doing the
face painting at Odd fest again but I might have to cut it
down to a couple of hours - say 3.30pm ‘til 5.30pm or
something because I don't feel up to coping with a full
day n night like last time! I'm struggling a bit health wise
as some of you will know. I didn't want to pull out
completely though cos I don't want to disappoint the
children so this is a compromise.

TRYING to go outside the door of the flat each day lest
I develop agoraphobia)

PLEASE HELP: Does anyone else on here have M.E? Or
CFS? If you do, can you offer any advice / suggestions
for coping with it? I'm getting so sick of it at the
moment. My whole body hurts today.
I've had it for years as well. I used to work full time and
rented a house privately. I used to be so exhausted and in
so much pain by the time I got home I would either have
a bath so I could sit down instead of stand.
