Abstract
The rapid growth of e-commerce and emergence of commuter commerce has led to an increase in
the amount of parcel delivery and a need for better delivery services. To keep up with the increasingly
demanding and diverse needs of consumers for flexible and shorter deliveries, logistic companies have turn
to innovation and technology. One of the promising last mile delivery methods is consolidated point delivery
using locker for recipients to pick up their parcels. Despite the numerous advantages of this method, there are
efficiency challenges to overcome for successful operation. This paper investigates underlying needs in
integrating the concept of MaaS and consolidation point delivery to improve utility and agility for last mile
delivery, with a vision of allowing consumers to collect goods wherever and whenever is most convenient
for them. The paper then strives to highlight findings and considerations from prospective users in utilising
such services.
