                                    Step 4

                                    Plan your healthy meal menu for a day. Follow
                                    the success criteria;

                                         A creative title for the menu that is unique to

                                        you. Example: Delicate Dishes
                                         Include three meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

                                         Have an "appetizing" description for every meal.

                                            Each of your three meals must have at least
                                        one  food  from each  of  the  5  main  food
                                        groups;  grains,  meats/protein,  vegetables,
                                        fruits and milk/dairy.

                                            The  meal  should  have  an  image  that
                                        represents it as closely as possible.

                                            Include  a  healthy  snack  with  foods  from  at
                                        least  two  food  groups.  You  can  find  these
                                        online or in many magazines and cookbooks.

                                            The  design  must  be  eye-catching  and
                                        should  not  distract from  the  information
                                        being presented.

                                            Use the worksheet to brainstorm the meals
                                        you are going to include on your menu.
