            (as)?






              Zeinab bint Ali, the heroic sister of Imam Hussein (as),
            played a key role on the stage of political events of the
            Islamic State. Her name was connected with Islamic and

            humane history in the tragedy of the battle of Karbala,
            which historians unanimously agreed was one of the
            most decisive and important battles in Islamic history.
              Certainly, no-one ignored the roles she played in this
            tragedy, and some of them had called her “The heroine
            of karbala” because she was the first lady to appear in
            this serious event, treating the wounded, comforting the
            orphans, and enraged that the corpses of the martyrs
            were abandoned on the sands of Karbala under the
