Storm Doors
Storm doors must have straight frames and may be either “Full-View" or "Full-View/Self-Storing", provided that the bottom
panel is no more than 18 inches high. Storm doors must match either the color of the entry door or the house trim and must
be compatible with the contemporary style of the house and free of ornamentation and traditional detailing.

Front Entry Doors

Traditionally, in Waterview Cluster, front doors are either solid, flat doors containing a mail slot, or stile-and-rail doors
containing one solid, center glass panel without grids or ornamentation. Some front doors have a side-lite next to them.
