Balconies
Second and third floor balconies are found on most homes in the cluster. They are platforms extending from an exterior wall
of the house which is accessed from a room having a habitable room below it. They must be cantilevered in design (no vertical
or diagonal supports), have a depth no greater than 4 feet, with supporting beams covered by a single 2 X 10 inch trim board.
Railings are vertical wrought iron.
Color:
Trim board painted the house trim color. (See your property addresses color schedule for the assigned color of your trim)
Railings are either “Black”, “Oyster White”, or “Charcoal Gray”.
