• Homes must use their assigned color, unless approved by the Design Review Board
• Please contact your RA Covenants advisor, or a cluster Board member, for your color schedule
• Applications for color changes must be reviewed by the Waterview Cluster Board prior to sending them to your
advisor
• No two adjacent homes shall be approved for the same siding color except the five pairs of units with common walls
and roofs, which must have the same brick and roof colors
• The formulas for all approved colors are on file at the Chantilly McCormick Paint store

Trim

All trim colors are McCormick Brand, State House Exterior Acrylic Latex Lustre paints in a semi-gloss finish.
Fascia and soffits (the under-surface and facings of eaves) of all houses shall be Oyster White (Newport #119)

Vinyl or Metal Trim Covers were approved as follows: Existing window and door trim may be aluminum/vinyl wrapped
provided that the visible width is not noticeably increased. Aluminum/vinyl is factory finished in white or black with the
following stipulations: for an interior unit, encased trim shall be provided at all openings for the entire front elevation and/or
rear elevation; and for end units, encased trim shall be provided at all openings for all three elevations. Painted fascia and
soffits on houses with trim covers, as well as other wood trim which remains exposed, balcony railings and doors on houses
with trim covers shall remain Oyster White.
