Doors

All door colors are McCormick Brand, State House Exterior Acrylic Latex Lustre paints in a semi-gloss finish. Residents may
select any door color from the following color chart or any color not on the chart without obtaining approval from the Design
Review Board.
• Doors on houses with trim covers shall be Oyster White
• Storm/Screen Doors must match either the color of the entry door or the house trim

Decks

• Perimeter wood fascia must be constructed of smooth sawn cedar and be painted to match the house trim color.
• The joists are pressure treated wood, left to weather naturally.
• The deck flooring is to be left to weather naturally or be a composite material.
• The wood substructures are to be pressure treated wood left to weather naturally or painted to match the house brick
color.
• Metal substructures are to have 4" diameter steel columns and be painted to match the house trim color.
