Roofs
• DRB application and approval shall be required on all roof replacements
• Preferred roof replacement should match original 1964 roof color assigned to property to maintain cluster
color palette, where possible (Please make sure to check which roof color you should use, which can be
obtained from your Covenants Advisor).
• When roofs are replaced or repainted, they be brought into compliance with the current standards
• Metal flues are painted the same color as the roof
