Put on safety glasses and bring Strand 1, the innermost strand of the working
part (the one that nearly “kisses” mark 1) into position so it lies on top of the
standing part at mark 1 (B). Then bring Strand 1 completely under the standing
part and make a gentle turn in the strand so you can tuck it back through the
space made by the marlinspike, right to left, at position 3.
