Our new Judges Selection process is nearing completion and I thank all the clubs and members for
their support. The results have been determined and our 2020 National Specialty judge will be Dr.
Joyce Dandridge and our Sweepstakes judge will be Ms. Barbie Becker, and the Obedience/Rally
judge will be Ms. Evelyn Van Uden. The 2020 Regional Specialty judges will be as follows – SCCCI
judge Ms. Jacqueline Stacy, NECCC judge Mr. Steve Sudduth, and WCCCANY judge is Mr. Dana
Cline.
The 2021 National Specialty judge will be Mr. David Foose and our Sweepstakes judge will be Mrs.
Vicki DeGruy, still working on the Obedience/Rally judge. The 2021 Regional Specialty judges
will be as follows – CCCGNY judge Mr. Bob Banghart and WCCCANY judge Mr. Luis Lopez. All
judges are pending AKC approval.
I will be asking for the Regional Clubs again to submit a Primary and Alternate Conformation
and Sweepstakes Judges names no later than February 1, 2020. This will be used to select our 2022
National Specialty and Regional Club judges.
Just a reminder to all clubs, send your requests for CCCI Medallions and Chow Life certificates to
me at CCCIliaison@yahoo.com. Remember you must list them in your specialty show premium in
order to receive the medallions and certificates.
Don’t forget to promote your Regional Specialty shows by having them listed on the Chow Life
show calendar, email blast and FB post. You can email Carol Ann @ chowlife2018@gmail.com to
have items added to the calendar and Love @ lkendr4300@aol.com to send out emails and FB
posts.
