         Effective Performance Improvement Conversation Strategies
          •  Learn how to create a conversation that accentuates positive behavior and defines
             unwanted behaviors
          •  Discover ways to quickly address performance issues before you must have “The Talk”


                  Cost: $30 for all 3 (Sales Series or Marketing & Management Series)

                                or $15 for each class if purchased individually



                                        Debora has over 35 years of experience working in the areas of adult learning,
                                      talent development, and coaching. She has a PhD in Psychology with a
                                      specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
                                        Debora has had experience as a Sales Counselor, Sales Manager, Director of
                                      Sales & Marketing, VP of Sales & Marketing, VP of Operations, President, and also
                                      owner of her own homebuilding company in Dallas. During her career she has
                                      been recognized by NAHB as their National Sales Manager of the year, Regional
                                      Sales Manager of the Year three times, and Regional Marketing Director of the
                                      Year. She has been a speaker at the NAHB National Convention on 12 different
                                      panels, been a speaker at the Texas Sunbelt Builder’s Show, and has been a
                                      keynote speaker at the Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference.
