relevance of this type of evidence as you assess it, weigh it up and address it
in your reasons.

SCENARIO:

Where there is direct testimony that the defendant committed the offence, and the

question is whether the witness “W’ who says that he did, was speaking the truth. “X”
and “Y” testified to similar offences on other occasions.
