1.3 What You Can Expect from DPG
DPG's employee relations policy is to:
Select people on the basis of skill, training, ability, attitude, and character without discrimination
with regard to age, sex, color, race, creed, national origin, religious persuasion, marital status,
political belief, genetics, or disability that does not prohibit performance of essential job
functions.
Assure employees an opportunity to discuss any problem with the management of DPG.
Make prompt and fair adjustments to substantive complaints which may arise in the everyday
conduct of our business, to the extent that it is warranted and practicable.
1.4 What DPG Expects from You
Your first duty is to understand your job responsibilities and how to perform them promptly,
correctly, efficiently, and enjoyably!
DPG strives to provide a high quality working environment and expects all employees to be
dependable, trustworthy, and to cooperate through a team effort with fellow employees. You
are expected to perform your assigned duties in a positive, enthusiastic manner and to assist
your coworkers in the completion of their duties when necessary.
DPG employees are to act in a dignified and professional manner as you are representatives of
the company to all clients and vendors. You are our best representative and are expected to
exhibit a positive and professional attitude to all clients and vendors.
DPG believes in direct access to management, who are dedicated to making DPG an
organization where you can discuss any problem or question. We want you to voice your
opinions and contribute suggestions to improve the quality of your work experience and
DPG.
All employees shall at all times strive to be in compliance with all Federal and State laws
and regulations that may be applicable to the conduct of our business.
Employees are required to plan their work assignments to take into account our customers’
needs and expectations, other employees’ duties, and overall company priorities and
deadlines.
Improper conduct by DPG employees on or off the job which reflects negatively on DPG
or any of its clients will not be tolerated.
Whatever your position, you make an important contribution. Perform every task to the
very best of your ability.
Most importantly, DPG expects all employees to maintain a sense of dignity and respect for
themselves, customers, and all work associates
