TERMS & CONDITIONS This proposal is valid for 30 days from date of presentation.

PRICING & All prices are estimated in your local currency (Australian or New Zealand Dollars - unless otherwise stated) and exclude GST.

CANCELLATION For Hel1um® HyperZone, pricing is based on a 12-month contract inclusive of 20% discount when in contract. For cancellation once the minimum term has

been completed, a 30-day notice period is required.

Pricing is based on the assumption that all services are commissioned. Additional work at variation to this estimate will be carried out on a cost incurred
basis at our then current hourly rate. Miscellaneous charges are additional to this estimate; communication costs, couriers, CD burning and delivery, print

outs and mock-ups etc.

Fees:
Our fees are calculated at the time of the proposal and the following factors have been taken into account in determining our fees:
• The time and labour expected

• The skill, specialised knowledge and responsibility required to perform the services properly.
• The importance of the services to you and the results achieved
• The urgency and circumstances in which the services are undertaken, and any time limitations imposed, including those imposed by you
• The degree of risk assumed by us in undertaking the services
• The complexity of the matter and the difficulty or novelty of the work involved

• Our experience, reputation and ability
• The reasonable costs of running our studio

• The fee customarily charged in the market and industry for similar services of similar standard
