CHAPTER 1: Using Devices With Confidence
TRY IT YOURSELF: MAKE A VIDEO CALL ON AN ANDROID DEVICE
There are fewer steps to make a video call on an Android device, and it doesn't matter if the person you are calling has
an Android or Apple device. As with most things, the more you try it, the easier it will get. With video calls, it's best to plan the call with the recipient ahead of time so as not to catch folks unaware.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
 Make sure you have the latest version of the Duo app. You can download it at https://duo.google.com/
 Make sure Duo has access to your camera, microphone and contacts. You can do this in Settings.
 Be sure you have updated your operating system recently.
 Be connected to the internet.
 Have a built-in or connected microphone,
and a built-in or connected camera.
