The Center includes a state-of-the-art 18,000-
seat arena, two office buildings, 100,000
square feet of mixed-use/retail space, and
underground parking. More than three acres
will be plazas, landscaped gardens, and
other public spaces. The arena had its grand
opening on September 6, 2019, hosting a
concert for Metallica and the San Francisco
Symphony. Rosendin’s role in this project
includes labor and materials for numerous
state-of-art electrical and data elements,
including Temporary Power for Construction/
Cranes, etc. /Office Trailers, Lighting for Site
and building façade, Conduit (Duct Bank) for
Lighting/Data/Telecommunications, Electrical
Power Distribution and Switching, Mechanical
and Food Service Equipment Connection and
CHASE CENTER Uninterrupted Power Supply, Wiring of Outlets
Distribution, Emergency Power/Generators/
and Devices, Lighting fixtures labor and material,
