            as a Viable Career Option






         n the Q3 issue of The Feeder, we highlighted the mission of our Workforce Development Team as they
         work to grow the future construction workforce. Two major annual events that Rosendin participates

     I in occurred in November 2023. These events are focused on shattering stereotypes and inspiring
      students from all backgrounds to consider a career in construction as a viable option for their future.

      In Phoenix, Arizona, Rosendin joined forces with 70 other   Events like AZCCD attract young people into the construction
