To capitalize all of the letters, click UPPERCASE.
To capitalize the first letter of each word and leave the other letters
lowercase, click Capitalize Each Word.
To shift between two case views (for example, to shift between
Capitalize Each Word and the opposite, cAPITALIZE eACH wORD),
click tOGGLE cASE.
OR
Select the text and pressing Shift + F3.
Resaving Document Using the “Save As” Command
After formatting a document, the document can be resaved in the name of your
choice.
To save a document Using the “Save As” Command
1. Click File from the Menu Bar or Office Button .
2. In the left column, you click Save As. [A smaller window, called dialog
box, opens. You use this box to tell Word where you want to store the
document on your computer and the names you want give the
documents].
3. Type the new name in to the space for ‘File Name’.
4. Move the cursor to SAVE and click it or press Enter Key
