Keep Text Only: This removes any graphics you may have copied
along with the copied text.
Apply Style or Formatting: This allows you to choose a specific
format from the styles and formatting menu.

How to Cut and Paste Using the Edit Menu
1. Select (Highlight) the text or object you want to cut
2. Select Edit from the Menu Bar
3. Select Cut from the Pop Up Edit Menu
4. Move the Insertion Point to where you want to place the Cut text or
object

5. Select Edit from the Menu Bar again
6. Select Paste from the Pop Up Edit Menu.

How to Copy and Paste Using the Edit Menu
1. Select (Highlight) the text or object you want to copy
2. Select Edit from the Menu Bar
3. Select Copy from the Pop Up Edit Menu
4. Move the insertion point to where you want to place the Copied text or
