Printing a worksheet or workbook
Printing in Excel is much like printing in other Office applications such as
Microsoft Word. As previously mentioned, Excel defaults to printing the entire
worksheet.
Printing is the process of a computer transferring data to a computer printer and
generating a hard copy of the electronic data being printed.
To print a worksheet:
1. Choose File from the menu bar.
2. Click Print from the cascading menu.
3. The Print dialog box opens.
