Reasons that will make a Webpage not to load

Sometimes when you’re browsing the Web, you’ll see a screen like one below.
This means the Website is unavailable. Several things can cause a Webpage not
to load:
The computer where the Web page is stored is down.
Too many users are trying to view the same Web page at the same time.
You’ve lost your connection to the Internet.

The Web page no longer exists, or maybe it never existed in the first
place (did you type in the correct Web address?).
