Insert a picture - Word 2007:

               1. Place your insertion point where you want the image to appear.
               2. Click the Insert Tab on the Ribbon.
               3. Click the Picture Button in the Illustrations group. The Insert Picture dialog
               box appears.

               4. Browse to the picture you wish to include.

               5. Select the picture (as shown above)
               6. Click Insert at the bottom right corner (or just Double Click), and it will
               appear in your document.


               Copy and Paste a picture – Word 2007


               To Copy and paste a picture in a document:
                      1.  Select the picture.
                      2.  Right click on the picture and select Copy from the Pop Up Menu.
