View Toolbar
These change the layout view of the document to normal, web layout, print
layout and outline view.

Below is a list of View toolbar buttons and a brief description of
each.
Normal View is best used for typing, editing, formatting and proofreading. It
provides a maximum amount of space without rulers or page numbers cluttering
your view. In short:
It has only horizontal ruler.
It does not display margins.
It does not display header & footer.
It displays dotted page break.
Web Layout View shows what your text will look like on a webpage.
It is like as Web Page.
It has only horizontal ruler.
It has only one page.
Print Layout View shows what your document will look like when it is printed.
Under Print Layout view, you can see all elements of the page. Print Preview
shows you this as well.
It is default layout view of MS-Word.
It displays both rulers.
It displays margins.
It displays header and footer.
It is the best view.
