Arguably the single most important factor that determines a computer’s
performance is the speed of its CPU. The speed of the CPU is
measured in megahertz (MHz) and gigahertz (GHz). The faster the
CPU, the faster the computer.
The amount of RAM or memory is another very important factor in
computer’s performance. Generally, the more RAM a computer has the
better its performance.
