Monitor
Monitor is the output device that displays the information on the computer to the
user. It is a device that converts computer output into displayed text and
graphics. The monitor is also called the screen or Visual Display Unit (VDU).
The monitor is like a television (TV).
Types of Monitors
1. Cathode Ray Tube (CRT): Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) monitor is a type of
monitor that looks like the old type TV which is very heavy with a long back.
