It’s easy to find a doctor in the Medicare HMO Blue network

In fact, your current physician may already be part of our network. To locate a participating physician,
visit our website, www.bluecrossma.com/Medicare. Go to Is Your Doctor or Dentist in the
Network? and follow a few easy steps to find a doctor in our network.

When you use our online provider search tool, you can find out more about a particular physician
or office, such as:
• What medical school a physician attended
• Whether the office is handicap-accessible
• Whether weekend or evening office hours are available and more

If you need help finding a doctor, or if you don’t have Internet access, just call us at 1-800-678-2265
(TTY: 711). A representative is available to help you from February 15 through September 30,
8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, and October 1 through February 14, 8:00 a.m. to
8:00 p.m. ET, seven days a week.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is a HMO and PPO Plan with a Medicare contract.
Enrollment in Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts depends on contract renewal.
