The Welsh ghost mare, Mari Lwyd, is a winter floral bouquet of holy basil, rose, chamomile, red clover, spearmint, and nettle.
And (of course) the left hand of St. Nicholas, Krampus! A savory blood orange black tea, laced with hawthorn berry, hibiscus, and basil.
The collection features creature art by our friend and Weeping Glass artist, Chad Savage of Sinister Visions, and the labeling is just beautiful. Amanda really came up with some incredible blends, too. We give her a flavor direction, she takes the wheel, and we've never been disappointed.
We have both been in and out of full time and part time day jobs all of our adult lives, like most people have.
I'd like to think that if our paths would have worked out differently, we'd still be doing something enjoyable. Maybe we'd take up a beginner embalming class or study goblin husbandry.
Maybe we'd have been pumpkin farmers or even professional bat-cuddlers. Tough to say!
