3.17.5.1
Social media use shouldn't interfere with your duties and responsibilities as an employee of EQA
(Ireland) Ltd. The Company’s computer systems are to be used for business purposes only. Personal
use of social media networks or personal blogging of online content is discouraged and could result
in disciplinary action.
3.17.5.2
Users should be aware that all use of social media, either in a personal capacity or when
communicating on behalf of the Company must be in accordance with the Social Media Policy.
3.17.5.3
Confidential or restricted information regarding business practices and procedures or personal
information about any clients or employees must not be posted or discussed on any social media
websites.
3.17.5.4 PASSWORD POLICY
All staff user accounts are protected by password and secured by two-factor authentication. Your
manager will retain details of your password.
Before leaving the office at the end of the working day, staff should ensure that they have successfully
logged out of their user account.
At the end of the working week, staff should ensure that they have successful shut down their
computer.
3.17.5.5 U:DRIVE
All staff user accounts are allocated unique disk space on the Company server. This space is referred to
as your U:Drive and can be used to store certain files.
Use of the U:Drive is only reserved for key work documents and files that should not be retained
elsewhere. Where a document should be shared and accessed by other staff members, an appropriate
location on the Company server should be used instead.
3.18 PARKING POLICY
3.18.1 Brief and Purpose
The Company car parking policy outlines the parking provisions for employees and visitors.
This policy outlines the criteria for allocating parking spaces and establishes rules for using our parking
spaces.
3.18.2 Scope
This policy applies to all employees who operate company or personal vehicles in the course of
business, including permanent, temporary, contract employees, interns and agency workers.
3.18.3 Policy Elements
The parking policy revolves around:

3.18.3.2 Preserving a safe and clean parking area
3.18.4. Criteria and Procedure for Allocating Parking Spaces
4 spaces are reserved for the Directors and Senior Management. 1 additional space has been rented by
the Company.
The 1 remaining parking space will be allocated according to the following priority:
1. Permanently or temporarily disabled employees and women pregnant for 6 months or more.
2. Other full-time and part-time employees on a rotation basis
3. Contract employees on a rotation basis
4. Agency workers on a rotation basis.
Parking spaces will be assigned according to these priorities until they are exhausted.
