possible. At all times the overriding consideration will be the future viability of the business and we
reserve the right to deviate from this policy where deemed necessary.
3.29 MEDIA
All enquiries from members of the media including but not limited to press, radio and television, in
relation to the Company or otherwise should be passed to a Senior Manager. No comments should be
made to the Media on behalf of the Company unless authorised to do so by a Senior Manager.
3.30 RIGHT OF SEARCH
It is a condition of employment that any employee may at any time be searched by a member of
Management. The Company has the authority to search an employee, an employee’s belongings,
including their motor vehicle when they are entering or leaving the Company’s premises and any other
premises to which the employee is assigned in the course of employment. An employee is entitled to
have witness in attendance during any search.
An employee who refuses to co-operate fully with any search request or is found to be in possession
of any property belonging to the Company or to any party other than the employee being searched is
liable to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal, following a full investigation.
