LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENTS STRENGTHEN
      TIES ON THE DIAMOND
      A  friendly  match  took  place  on  July  18th,  2024  at  the
      Ivanhoe  Ball  Diamond  involving  the  Stirling  Rawdon  Fire
      Department  and  Centre  Hastings  Fire  Department.  The
      game was thoroughly enjoyed by all participants and served
      as a delightful opportunity to engage with our neighbouring
      community.
      The  enjoyable  collaborative  activity  offered  a  perfect
      opportunity  to  enhance  and  solidify  our  teamwork  and
      partnership.

      RUSSEL STREET CLOSURE             “Local Businesses are Open and Accessible”
      Russel Street will be closed on Tuesday, July 2 from St Lawrence Street to Prince Albert Street for the rehabilitation of
      the  Russel  Street  bridge.  The  detour  route  will  be  signed  as  per  approval  from  the  MTO  by  the  contractor.  Local
      businesses  and  property  owners  were  notified  of  the  upcoming  closure  a  month  ago.  The  work  is  scheduled  to  be
      completed by the middle of October. The notice and the detour route that will be posted on the municipal websites.

                                                     and-comers  in  golf  will  be
                                                     competing against some of the
                                                     best  in  the  world  which  took
                                                     place in July at the Lough Erne
                                                     Golf  Resort  in  Enniskillen
                                                     Ireland.   250 champions from
                                                     40     countries   will    be
                                                     competing  for  the  World
                                                     Junior Championship.
