Why should you be considered?
Since childhood I have been fascinated by computers, technology, and art. At age 10, I started creating stop-motion animations with a camera and my lego sets. They were very amateur stop-motion animations, but that led to a deeper interest in animation and programming. I uploaded my animations and had millions of views, which further encouraged and motivated me. I had found a way to combine my technical interests with my artistic interests.
Over time, my initial interest in art and technology increased. I pursued my goals with intense desire and structured instruction. I bought online trainings and tutorials, which further developed my skills. I even bought and built my own computer capable of handling the processing needs. In all, I have spent close to 10,000 hours animating and programming.
I have found that I enjoy creating 3D environments and telling stories through my art. I try to incorporate humorous but relatable elements into my animations and cartoons. Every week in 2015, I created a new short animation practicing the new skills I had just learned. It constantly forced me to increase my abilities. In 2016, I started developing a more professional brand for myself. This included a completely new 3D animation rig with my own unique style. I have also been working on an animation website that hosts a monthly animation contest for all ages. This encourages the younger generation to further their skills by entering my animation contest. Within the website, I also developed multiple revenue streams in hopes it will help pay some of my expenses while in college and beyond.
