2020 sure has been a year of resilience and change and it has been busy one for Global Services who have been front and centre of a lot of COVID-19 activities, with a strong focus
on ensuring the welfare and sentiment of our employees
both onsite and working from home, are at the forefront of
all our decisions.
We supported both employees and front-line leaders in the understanding and application of J&J COVID-19 guidelines
such as enhanced payment for COVID-19 related absences, paid childcare leave, recognition and flexible working options. J&J also moved to offer all employees a wealth of virtual Development content via LinkedIn Learning.
We continue to adapt and review how we will incorporate these initiates as we move into a new world of work, with a focus on the well-being and mental health of our employees.
