A Rental
Agreement
In the Point of Sale (POS) system, WELCOME & ORIENTATION / TRAINING ROADMAP
you will enter in all of the customer
information from their Rental Order
Form, as well as their new Rental
Agreement information (what they’re
renting, if they’re opting for Club
Program, etc.). If they’re already a
customer and their agreement is less
than 3 months old, they’ll just need
a new agreement for the new rental
order. This will become the binding
rental agreement for your customer to
sign.
