                                           As we developed the Drive training program, we envisioned a map that would help you navigate
                                           through the challenges of a new career while simultaneously showing you the on-ramps and
                                           off-ramps to all of the exciting possibilities within the organization. People are the #1 asset of our
                                           franchise partners, and the organization as a whole, so investing in your development is a top
                                           priority!
                                           The reality is that you will be starting your career by learning the critical role you play in our day-to-
                                           day operations. Life at your Rent-A-Center franchise store is fast-paced and exciting, so we believe
                                           the training program should keep pace!

                                           With a small staff at each location, our new hires are a huge centerpiece of the customer
                                           experience from day one. All new coworkers are highly valued within the organization and because
                                           of that customer visibility, we make a significant investment in your new hire training. The training is
                                           a collection of operational procedures, activities and resources to provide you with the best success
                                           roadmap possible, beginning with the basics. The intention is to get you thinking, practicing, and
                                           doing, so that your work—those functions in your job description—not only make sense, but
                                           become second nature.

                                           Locally owned and operated Rent-A-Center franchise locations may have some slight differences
                                           from our corporate locations. We invite you to discuss these differences with your store manager,
                                           franchise consultant or owner for more specific information.
                                           If you take ownership and follow your roadmap seriously, we will transform you into a high-
