In the end, words were hard to come by to fully describe the
moments. Perhaps they weren’t needed. The life savers stood in front of the fireplace in the FOP Hall bar area. Carlos sat in front of them with that now-famous smile and hands spread wide as if to present the true heroes in his eyes.
