The sizable tray of cookies – a fine mix of chocolate chip and other favorites – came as a surprise to liven things up around the Chicago Lodge 7 offices on an average Tues- day morning.
But, this wasn’t just any Tuesday. And, the crew deliv- ering these sweet treats was doing so with a spirit of grat- itude and a noble gift. Following the holiday shopping frenzy of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday has become its own institution focused on doing some-
